Over 139,000 students from all 50 states and 20 foreign countries took the National Latin Exam, from elementary school to college level. The exams contain forty questions on a variety of topics such as grammar and syntax, Latin sayings and mottos, and Roman history, religion and culture. Awards were given to students who scored above the national average. Thirty-seven of our Latin students received awards. Congratulations to them all!

The ninth grade students visited the Yale University Art Gallery to see the exhibition, “Sights and Sounds in the Ancient World.” Each student chose an artifact to research, replicate, compare/contrast and present.
