How do I find classroom resources? Classroom resources (Internet sites and study recommendations) can be found under your grade tab at the top of the page.

How do I spellcheck in a foreign language in MS Word? On the menu bar, go to Tools: Language. In the “mark selected text as” box, click the language you want. Click “OK.”

How do I log into the school server from home? From your Mac, go to the Go menu. Select “Connect to Server.” Type in student.footeschool.org (if you’re a student) or fs.footeschool.org (if you’re faculty). A dialogue box will pop up for you to type your name and password, just as if you were at school.

How do I print multiple photos on a page or print one photo multiple times on a page?

Select the photo(s) that you want to print in iPhoto.

Choose File: Print to open the Print Settings window.  Select the paper size.

Select the print size, such as 3×5 or 4×6.  As you select the size, you’ll see the layout in preview.

Click the Customize button (located just under the photo).  Then click the Settings button (an icon at the bottom of the iPhoto page).

For a single photo that you want to print multiples of on one page, select “Multiple of the same photo per page” from the Photos per Page pop-up menu.

For multiple photos that you want to print on one page, select “Multiple Photos per Page.”

Note: iPhoto zooms in and crops the photo to fit the space available.  To make a photo appear full-frame, control-click the photo, and then choose “Fit Photo to Frame Size” from the menu that appears.  Click OK.

Click Print.  Be sure to choose the correct printer and Click Print.

How do I make different headings for links on my blog? On your dashboard, find Links in the left-hand column and click on Link Categories. Add the headings that you want; e.g., Authors’ Blogs or Authors’ Websites. Now when you add a new link, there will be a box to check for category. I’ve discovered that this doesn’t work for all themes.
